I want to start off by first of all saying that Mrs. Romiti was extremely thourough in every aspect of the purchase of my very first home! I thought I new what I wanted in a home and once I started looking I became very overwhelmed, but Jennifer stuck by my side until I finally settled on the home I currently live in now. There where some long days and evenings too just driving around and looking but Jennifer never gave up on me. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and dedication she showed and put into everything she did for me. If and when the time comes to purchase another home or upgrade into something bigger, Jennifer will be my one and only choice! I have told everybody about my experience with Mrs. Romiti and continue to pass her buisness cards out to anybody I run into that is looking to buy or sell or both!!! Thank you again Jennifer! I Never Thought I Could Trust A Realtor, but........
I was really skeptical about going to a Realtor because of numerous horror stories I've heard from first time home buyers as myself. I was referred to Jen through a friend so I figured I'd give her a shot. Right off the bat she was extremely helpful by going through the entire home buying process with me. Not only did she help with explaining everything when ever I called her with a question, she would travel from the Bay Area to Modesto when ever she was needed throughout the process. I will highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home. I WILL definitely go through her again on my next home.

Jennifer was our agent for the purchase of a home in Antioch and the subsequent sale of that same home. When we came to the East Bay in 1998, we had no knowledge of the area. Jennifer listened to our requirements for a home and neighborhood, and provided us with helpful suggestions for which neighborhoods would best suit our lifestyle. With her valued assistance, we purchased the home in Antioch. Since we were relocating from out of the area, we were not able to attend to all of the things that needed to be done during the real estate transaction.
